  • Follow HPS Your Future on Facebook for regular updates on local apprenticeship vacancies, career information, events and opportunities.
  • U-Explore is free to use software for young people not in education, training or employment.  Contact your local Career Connect Connexions Adviser for a registration code to access a wide variety of career resources that includes 100’s of job profiles, video tours of employer premises, interviews with employers and lots of information to help you decide on the career for you and how you get there. It is available at a discounted rate to Halton schools, colleges and education providers.

  • Consent to Share Guidance explains how the gaining of consent from young people to share appropriate personal information will support young people into education and training.
  • Consent to Share Form when this is completed it gives permission to Halton Borough Council to share relevant personal information with appropriate providers and services working to engage and support young people into and through education or training.
  • The Halton Directory of Provision has information on how Careers Advice and Guidance can be accessed, and the Training and Re-engagement programmes that are available in Halton for young people aged 16 to 18.
