Individual Term Dates

Schools will hold staff training days, also known as INSET days, on various days throughout the academic year, and will be closed to pupils at these times. To check these dates, please visit your child's school website for further information or contact the school directly.​

Determined Calendars 2023-24 to 2026-27

Following consultation, the Local Authority, as residual employer for all community and voluntary controlled schools, has agreed and determined the term dates for 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27. It is hoped that the determined dates will also be adopted by all Academies, Free Schools, and Voluntary Aided schools in Halton, in order to ensure consistency for our families.
