Affordable warmth (fuel poverty)

Halton Borough Council have partnered with Consumer Rights, which is a not-for-profit organisation, to help deliver energy saving measures to residents of Halton.

We are currently sending out letters to Halton residents to promote the ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme and also the Great British Insulation Scheme – both of which are grants to enable suppliers to deliver wide-ranging improvements to your home. 

The primary objective of these schemes is to assist residents in enhancing their home's energy efficiency through insulation improvements, resulting in reduced energy costs, lower carbon emissions, and reduced fuel poverty levels.
