Get Pre Application Planning Advice

Do you want to:

Anybody wishing to apply for planning permission is strongly advised to use the Councils' pre application advice service.  Applications that have been submitted in the absence of any pre-application discussions are likely to be refused without further negotiation where significant amendments are required to make the development acceptable.  A charge is applicable for this service.  Please refer to:
